Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details, so you can follow its journey to your door.
How much is shipping?
Standard UK delivery is £5.50, and we offer free shipping on orders over £100. You’ll see your exact delivery cost at checkout before confirming your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, but this option is not yet available at checkout. Please contact us with your order and location and we will arrange it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Of course! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at hello@theorganizingwarehouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Accounts & Discounts
Do I need an account to shop?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account makes reordering easy and lets you track your orders directly from your dashboard.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter your promo code in the discount box at checkout before you complete your purchase - the total will update automatically.
What is the Home Organiser Account?
If you’re a professional organiser, stylist, or designer, you can apply for our Home Organiser Account. Members enjoy exclusive trade discounts, early access to new collections, free shipping and special bulk-order rates. Learn more here.
