Shipping Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland: 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

EU shipping available upon request. Please contact us to arrange.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping: £5.50

  • Free shipping on orders over £100

  • Home Organisers: Free shipping on all orders (no minimum spend) when logged into a registered account


Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

To initiate a return, please contact our team at hello@theorganizingwarehouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.


Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
You’ll receive your refund via the original payment method used for purchase.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or style), please email hello@theorganizingwarehouse.co.uk before returning your order.
Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process.
