Shipping Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Mainland: 1–3 business days

  • Ireland: 2–4 business days

  • EU: 4–7 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

  • UK standard shipping: £5.50 — free on orders over £100

  • Ireland: from around €9.50

  • EU: between €15 and €27, depending on destination country

  • Home Organisers: free UK shipping on all orders (no minimum spend) when logged into a registered account

Your exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Customs & Duties (EU Orders)

All EU orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Customs duties and taxes are included in your checkout total — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery, and no customs delays.

Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to return it. This applies to UK and EU orders alike.

  • Please handle items only as you would when examining them in a shop. If an item is returned used or damaged beyond this, we may deduct an amount reflecting its reduced value from your refund.

  • We appreciate items returned in their original packaging where possible, though this is not a condition of your refund.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return or cancellation, log into your account, go to Orders, and select Return or Cancel next to the item. Submit your request and our team will review and approve it.

  • UK: once approved, a DPD return label is generated and emailed to you automatically. A flat £4.50 label fee is deducted from your refund for standard returns.
  • EU: once approved, you'll need to arrange your own return postage back to our UK warehouse, at your own cost.
  • Cancelling before your order has shipped is free and refunded in full.

Note: the portal shows an estimated £4.50 fee at submission regardless of reason — if your item is faulty or incorrect, this is removed before your refund is processed

Refunds

Refunds cover the price of the item(s) plus standard delivery costs, and are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, via your original payment method.
If you chose a premium delivery option, the standard delivery rate is refunded. Delivery costs are not refunded on partial returns.

(For UK returns using the provided DPD label, a flat £4.50 fee is deducted from the refund to cover postage.)

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or style), please email orders@theorganizingwarehouse.co.uk before returning your order.
