What is the Home Organiser Account?
If you’re a professional organiser, stylist, or designer, you can apply for our Home Organiser Account. Members enjoy exclusive trade discounts, early access to new collections, free shipping and special bulk-order rates. Learn more here.
What discount do Home Organisers receive?
Approved Home Organisers automatically receive:
- 10% off single units
- 15% off full cartons (varies by product)
- Free UK shipping
There’s no minimum order.
Do I need to buy in bulk to get a discount?
No, you’ll get 10% off even on single units.
Full cartons simply unlock the higher 15% rate.
Can you ship directly to my client?
Yes — we can ship directly to your client’s address.
To do so, simply enter their shipping details at checkout.
How do I apply for a Home Organiser account?
You can apply by completing our registration form here.
We usually review and approve quickly.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within one working day.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days across the UK.
How much is shipping?
Standard UK delivery is £5.50, and we offer free shipping on orders over £100. You’ll see your exact delivery cost at checkout before confirming your order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free on any order over £100
Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes we do, but this option is not yet available at checkout. Please contact us with your order and location and we will arrange it for you.

What’s the difference between your products and cheaper alternatives?
Our products are made from thicker, more durable materials, so they hold their shape and don’t feel flimsy over time.
We also use straight-walled designs to maximise usable space, along with consistent sizing across the range.
They’re designed to work in real homes and are widely used by professional Home Organisers — not just for display.
Are your products designed to maximise space?
Yes — most of our products use straight walls rather than slanted sides, so you get more usable space inside cupboards and drawers.
The sizing across the range is also designed to work together, making it easier to create clean, consistent layouts.
Are your bins stackable?
Some sizes are stackable, but not all.
We always recommend checking the product page for specific details — or asking us if you’re unsure.
Returns & Issues
Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at hello@theorganizingwarehouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
What if my items arrive damaged or not suitable?
If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, just contact us with details and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
