Membership Rules

  1. Eligibility: Membership is exclusively available to professional home organisers and businesses. Personal use accounts are not eligible for the program.
  2. Registration: Members must complete the registration process and provide accurate business information to maintain their account access.

Purchasing Guidelines

  1. Reselling Products: Members are permitted to resell products to their own customers, including at full retail price, ensuring they can maximise value for their business while maintaining fair pricing. All resold products must retain their original quality and branding.

Pricing Rules

  1. Discounts: Members receive exclusive discounts 10% across the range and 15% on full carton purchases. The discounts will be automatically applied to your account.
  2. Abuse of Discounts: Misuse of the discount program for personal purposes or unauthorized resale may result in account suspension or termination.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Return Policy for Members: Returns are accepted in accordance with our standard return policy.
  2. Damaged Items: If any products arrive damaged, contact us promptly for replacements or refunds at no additional cost.

Ethical Use

  1. Respect for the Brand: Members are required to represent The Organising Warehouse products honestly and accurately to their own customers. 
  2. Adherence to Terms: Members agree to comply with all terms and conditions of the program to maintain their account.
